Why We Built the Willauer Farm Store—and Added Black Angus Beef

Adding beef to our lineup wasn’t a pivot—it was a homecoming. We’ve always been a working farm, and the Farm Store lets us share more of what we raise with the community we love.

A new home for old traditions.
Recently we built the Willauer Farm Store and expanded into Black Angus beef alongside our honey. It’s a place to pick up seasonal cuts, ask questions, and talk food with the folks who grew it.

Family roots, local focus.
Our family’s been farming here for generations, and we take stewardship seriously—of land, animals, and neighbors. That’s the spirit behind every steak, roast, or pound of ground that leaves our counter.

What to expect in the case.
Beef availability changes with the season and herd readiness, so check in for what’s fresh: steaks for the grill, slow-cook roasts, bones for broth, and family-friendly bundles. (Call the store for current hours; we’re at 2000 John Fries Hwy, Quakertown.)

From our hives to your skillet.
A house favorite marinade: 2 tbsp Willauer honey, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 crushed garlic clove, generous salt and pepper. Brush on flank or sirloin during the last minutes on the grill for a glossy finish.

Come say hello.
Whether you’re stocking the freezer or grabbing a jar of honey, we’re here to help you cook well with local food. Follow along for restocks and specials.
